JUSTA’s Women’s Beading Collective combines traditional beading techniques with contemporary styles. The designs are unique, original collaborations between artisans and JUSTA organizers. All pieces are made using high quality Czech Republic glass beads which are bought locally. Many also feature stones cut and sourced from Guatemala and Central America.
In Maya beliefs, Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, and Woman make up the five cycles of time. In connection with these traditions, JUSTA offers product collections derived from the four elements, all made by women.
